1. Who we are

This website is operated by Olive Tree Group, LLC, doing business as YallaTec (“YallaTec,” “we,” “us” or “our”), based at 14090 Southwest Fwy, Ste 300, Sugar Land, Texas 77478. YallaTec helps organizations source computing hardware, conference room systems, Microsoft licensing, connectivity, communications, security and related technology services.

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through yallatec.com, our online tools, and related emails, calls and meetings. Our services are offered to businesses, so most of the information we handle is business contact information about people acting for their employers.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, job title, company, work email, phone number and company size.
• Request details: what you are looking for, quantities, timelines, site addresses and anything else you choose to include in a form, email or call.
• Meeting bookings: the details you enter when you schedule a briefing through Microsoft Bookings.
• Tool inputs: answers to the AI PC Finder, business addresses entered in the Service Availability tool, device serial numbers entered in the Warranty Lookup, and requirements entered in the Data Center Finder.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: your browser type, device type, general location based on IP address, pages viewed, links clicked and the site that referred you.
• Cookies and similar technologies: described in section 5.

Information from other sources

• Business contact information from publicly available sources, such as company websites and professional networking profiles.
• Information from manufacturers, distributors and providers about quotes, orders, warranties and services we arrange for you.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information or precise geolocation. Please do not include it in forms or messages.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your requests, schedule briefings and follow up on your questions.
• To prepare quotes, compare options and arrange orders, deliveries and services with our provider partners.
• To run our online tools and show you results, such as device recommendations, service availability or warranty status.
• To send you information about products and services that may interest you, which you can opt out of at any time.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it, when you allow analytics cookies.
• To keep our website and systems secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

4. How we share your information

We share personal information only as described here:

• Manufacturers, distributors and service providers you ask us to work with. When you request a quote, order or service, we share the details needed to price and deliver it. This can include hardware distributors, device manufacturers and technology service providers in our network. Some of these partners compensate YallaTec when you buy through us.
• Companies that help us run our business. For example, website hosting, email and productivity software, our customer relationship management system, scheduling and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Manufacturer warranty systems. Serial numbers entered in the Warranty Lookup are sent to the relevant manufacturer to retrieve warranty status.
• Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of YallaTec, our clients or others.
• Business changes. If YallaTec is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal data for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Cookies and your choices

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use three types:

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of marketing cookies and any targeted advertising.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data, and access it.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Delete personal data you provided or that we hold about you.
• Get a copy of your personal data in a portable format.
• Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data.

Texas residents. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents the rights listed above. Although many of these protections apply to individuals acting in a personal capacity, we extend them to everyone who contacts us.

How to make a request

Email info@yallatec.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call (713) 955-8550. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You may also have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf.

We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend that once by up to 45 more days and will tell you why. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@yallatec.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to your appeal within 60 days and explain our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

7. Emails and calls

If we send you marketing emails, each one includes an unsubscribe link, and we will honor your request promptly. You will still receive messages about quotes, orders or services you requested. We do not send marketing text messages without your consent.

8. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, such as maintaining our client relationship, supporting warranties and orders, and meeting tax, accounting and legal requirements. We then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by Texas law.

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will provide additional notice on our website.
